Well the jist of it is.
You have to remove your current stock. Open up the reciever, and this is where it gets kind of grey. Somehow set up a rewiring to the rear of your mechbox. Mechbox.com may offer some info, and good as well. You may be able to find enough info to get it all done, but I would suggest seeking out the aid of a aeg doctor in your area, as you may run into some complications, such as you may be required to ditch the fuse set up and bridge the gaps for wiring. Im no gun doctor but I hope this points you in the right way. After its all said and done you can put the new crane on and get yourself the correct batterys and your good to go.

So it's already wired to the back...
In order to tun the wire into the stock, you can fill the part to the buffer tube fits over so the wire can run in between the buffer tube and the rear part of the lower receiver. Or you can drill a hole in the part instead of filling it down, but that takes away some of the strength away. Didn't it come with instructions? I remember installing it one recently and it came with instructions. All the others I installed prior to that one were used and had no instructions.

On the hurricne stock I ordered recently, I wanted to see how it looked on my M4. I didnt know how to rewire at the time, but I just went ahead and decided to put it on anyways. Basically all I did was remove the stock, remove the plastic rest rom the buffer tube, and then remove the buffer tube. My hurricane crane came with a 1 piece buffer tube stock set up. All I had to do was attach the new set up and I was done. Im assuming you should be able to do the same and just run the wires. If your crane stock came with additional wiring you may want to just consider splicing, twisting and taping the new set on to add length, buf it your current set up is fine, go with that. I hope this information is useful, to some extent atleast. I havent worked with a star crane before and I hear they are diffrent set up, but I also hear the newer ones are easier to install than the before models.
