G36c and AK Beita Gun Problems: Guarder FTK+10.8v 4200mah+QProject

Batteries Tried:
Powerizer 9.6v 3000mah
Green Shrink Wrapped 8.4v 3000mah battery

Both guns were sent to TheQProject.com to have everything installed. I never really had a chance to use them until a couple months later and I had a pretty big problem. The guns just die/lock up after about 50 shots fired. It sounds like the battery is slowly dying and the guns eventually lock up. I can then wait a couple minutes and pull the trigger again and it will fire. I guess the battery builds up enough of a charge by just sitting there to pull the spring back just enough to fire the gun. However, after awhile the gun will stay locked up until I overcharge the battery (10.8v battery has been charged up to 12v before just to get a gun unlocked).

When the guns lock up the batteries are both within .2v of their face value. So I know the batteries themselves still have more than enough of a charge to pull the springs.

I’ve been in contact with theqproject but I haven’t really made a detailed list like this and I’ve only told them about the g36c. They said it sounds like the motor is basically crapping out.
But what are the chances of having that same problem (failing motor) on both guns?
I think I’m going to buy one magnum motor to have installed in the g36c regardless of the outcome. I’m planning on sending both guns in and if theqproject decides that the motors on both guns have gone out, then I’ll just buy a second magnum from them for the Ak.
Oh and lastly, TheQProject also suggested I try cycling my battery. They’re all NiMH batteries. The IB batteries have never truly been discharged; but have only been charged about 5-10 times total. The other two batteries have been cycled countless times.
Any suggestions/thoughts/input? Temperature doesn’t have an effect. I’ve tried it in my 70 degree apartment and 50 degree woodland.

I was using a standard wall charger for my 9.6v 3000mah battery and never thought twice about using it with my 10.8v 4200mah. Do you think I'm just not getting enough of a charge? If I'm not how come my voltmeter reads out at 12.5v?
My wall charger is like: 9.6v 500ma output I think.
Is it possible for my batteries to read out at 12.3v at an extremely low mah because the wall charger isnt able to charge it up to 4200mah?
