My ICS Ak 74M is doing the smae thing. I was wondering if a little bit of lock tight would do the trickand keep it in place? please give me some ideas!

Although I posted a probable fix for this ealier (see above thread) I have contacted ICS and they sent me an email saying they woiuld look into a permanent fix in later models. Whether this is true or not...i dont know but there ya go.

I had to take off the selector switch for my addition of a metal body as well. As mentioned, it is now loose. dead_aim, does the selector not work at all, or is it just lose and sluggish?

With it as it is now, I have to re-tighten the screw under the little cap there every once in a while. Some blue loc-tite should fix it just fine. I'll do it today and let you know.

I was talking about the small screw that holds the selector switch on, dead_aim. I used some Lock-Tite blue on it today. Let you know after the game Sunday how it held up.
