Epoxy types, or alternatives.

What adhesives would you suggest I look at that could provide permanent adhesive that remains flexible? I often use LePage two-part epoxy for my projects, but those projects don't usually require any flex. With my current project; a barrel shroud for my M203, a couple of parts are laminated together before mounting to the 203 barrel. My usual epoxy cracks between those parts as I squeeze it to fit around the barrel, though the difference is only a couple of millimeters per side.
What would stick for good without cracking?

I get my plexiglass sheets and delrin rods from them. Great place!

Depending on how flexible it needs to be, you could try construction adhesive,(PL premium). It can be tricky to work with as it's quite thick, but it's strong, bonds to almost anything, and retains a bit of flex once set up. It's tan so that can work well depending on your colour scheme, or else it can be painted but if it's flexed often the paint will peel off. If it doesn't have to be overly strong you might try black silicone, I find it's a bit thicker and easier to work with than regular silicone.

The barrel shroud won't be flexed often. It's meant to mount on and stay there until removed. See the pic below. The epoxy is between the two shades of PVC. I just wanted something different (and slimmer) from every one else' n00b tubes, lol.

My new go to flexible adhesive is shoe goo. I've stuck metal to plastic with it and it works great. Was the only thing that worked where epoxy or super glue cracked when flexed.
