TF11 range drop problem

So Ive owned my TF11 for quite some time now and use it for CQB often, although recently i brought it out and the range dropped immensely. Like from about a 40ft range the bb is already at the ground from chest height.
The only thing i can think of that caused the problem is i lubed the bolt and some lube got in the barrel, but i cleaned it out as much as i could with still no avail.
Any ideas?

What weight bbs are you using? The TF11 has a fixed hopup that only works for either .2 or .25, I can't remember which
