TM G18C firing issue after installing PGC slide

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my TM G18C since I changed the stock slide, after 2 stock slides breaking, I decided to go with a PGC slide almost everybody is telling me that it was a drop in slide no hassle. Indeed the installation was pretty easy and straight forward. The thing though...I found that there was quite a significant amount of up and down play with the slide. For the result look at this vid:

And this part is the culprit:

I need to press on the back of the slide so that this part can click again and make the valve knocker / hammer engage. Looks like the BBU is sitting to high in the slide compared to the stock slide and this part is not engaged properly by the return of the slide because of the play that I have with the slide. The slide is pushed even a bit further higher when there is a mag in the gun. With no mag in the gun the hammer/valver knocker is engaging though.

Anybody had seen this before and how do I fix that? Then again, my gun was working perfectly before changing the slide, so it has to do with the slide...

I know quite a few player with Tm g18c and pgc slide and none ever reported that problem.
