Just bought an M9 GBB, aftermarket suggestions?

Just purchased a KJW M9 C02 version from my local retailer, and am super excited to have my first GBB.

My question to you, fellow ASC members is, what are some good recommendations for aftermarket products, upgrades and spare parts that would be good to have on hand in the event something needs to be replaced or can be improved on this particular model? (KJW M9 Full Metal, C02 version)

probably dont need to do anything to it, hopup rubber maybe, otherwise, most stock pistols are competent enough

My recommendation is don't touch nuthin until it breaks.
There's no need to upgrade pistols

if your like me and cant leave wel lenough alone, buy a spring kit (google it youll find one) then you will have all the extra lil springs if you loose any, and buy a recoil spring and a hammer spring.
You can also do an inner barrel if you want but be prepared to modify one(by filing ne notches for it to rest in the hop up) as I dont think there are any direct fit tight bores for KJ pistols (least i didnt find one locally.
I will say tho I changed the recoil spring and the slide lock sprong and the blow back unit springs and just put a spacer on the hammer spring, but befor i did the pistol performed just as well only the slide returns to battery a lil faster with teh new 150% recoil spring

Get some propane mags, that's my suggestion. Cheaper, and easier in my opinion.
And you won't be shooting hot in CQB, since KJW M9's with propane mags already shoot 300-320. A CO2 mag would definitely be over most CQB limits.

As suggested before, get a spring kit, because you're bound to lose one of those tiny springs that's going to make the gun stop working. I was always partial to an M9 Hogue grip, those things are awesome.

You can also stick a BB under the hammer spring to pre-load the spring giving you similar results to an upgraded hammer spring.

Not on the kj spring (least not in mine) the opening in the coils allows the bb to slip right in. I use a nut about a 1/4 inch thick befor that i used a cpl watch batteries

I've got the GBB version of that gun and I haven't touched it at all. Damn accurate and a solid blowback on it.
