Changing my inner barrel for the first time, Could anyone link me to a detailed how-to video?
I have watched a couple, but I am yet to find a thoroughly explained one.

What weapon is it?

If you still have a weekend free, we can perhaps work out a time I can assist you and AV you at the same time. That is of course if I am familiar with the weapon system.
(Sunday is out of course!) Let me know by PM, up to you.

Google/Youtube and things of that nature, have a lot of videos on this topic.
a step by step video can be a world of help. It's pretty simple and easy.

(Just lookup "WeaponTypeHere IE M4/AK/G36/Dildo Gun/Tampon Tosser/etc..etc.. barrel swap or disassemble")
