Insight M3x Troubles
Hi,
I've got a real M3x long gun, older make with an incandescent head, which has a tendency not to light up after being jostled around (read extracted from gun case and failing to function). A firm smack or two seems to remedy the problem, but a RS weaponlight should really function either all the time or not at all. Is this a common problem and is there a fix, like a new endcap or batteries?

Send it back for warranty work, when my old Insight M3 gave me problems I did and they took care of it free of charge.

I have never had a problem with my real M3X other than overtightening the bezel. Check to see if your bulb and contacts need cleaning or the battery springs are okay. If not send it back to insight or a dealer.
