kwa/asg glock G23f vent al its gas
Hello.
I own this gun for just a week. Since i own it, automatic fire wasnt already working properly I was able to fire a few bursts before it would vent all its gas. But i took the gun apart and have been checking everything for broken parts or places where i have to lube and all the seals. Unfortunately i didnt find anything what could have been the problem. The gun is stock and did already come from factory with a steel rocketvalve. So that cant be broken. I shoot with green gas from Begadi and .2 bbs the problem now is that most of the time it will vent al the gas immidiately. If not i am able to fire a few blanc shots but the slide wont gett far enough back to catch the slide lock. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6OBI...e_gdata_player I already search the whole site a few came wit same problem but no clear solution. When press the mag higher in the gun solves my problem. So mag catch should be the problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFbt...e_gdata_player greets wout Last edited by wout.s; January 29th, 2012 at 07:51.. Reason: correction. solution |

Could be the mag catch being worn down. I would also check the blowback chamber springs.
You sears could also be worn down, have you checked for abnormal wear? |

Well, since you said that pushing the mag higher into the magwell solves the problem, I would guess a loose mag catch or the likes. Is the mag locking in properly before you start firing?

Look for cracks on the nozzel, and check the rocket valve retaining pin on the nozzel.Sounds like it's something with the Blowback area. Not all the gas is pushing the slide back. I would still look at the rocket valve to see if it's together. I just had a something very close to this happen.I'v also had one of my G26c's do something like this and it was the rocket valve that broke and the other was a nozzel issue that did something along the same lines.
