What kind of BBs are you using? Have you tried firing it upside down? After that, take the mag out and shine a flash light down the hop up chamber and fire it. Can you see the air nozzle moving?

Are you using a hicap? If so, are you loading and winding it fully?

If a mid, are you loading more than three BB's in the mag at a time?

I'll second this suggestion. Not loading bbs could be a broken tappet plate or air nozzle...

Does it make the fwap noise or does the motor just whine? Common problem on these guns is a faulty bevel gear coming loose on the shaft and not transferring power. If this is the case src will give you a free replacement.

i tried firing uposide down nothing happens, then i took the mag out checked the hop up chamber i dont know if im looking at the air nozzle part but nothing moves at all in there ....and i dont know what you mean fwap noise of whine...i'd say whine...but when i got it the gun worked fine only after shooting a couple of bb's it just stoped working.

The nozzle moves real fast, hard to see. But if it doesn't shoot upside down there's probably something wrong like a broken tappet plate. Also make sure it Isnt jammed.. and by whine I meant the motor free spinning.. does it sound like it did before? Can you take a video?
