Thumbs down King Arms Gearbox Semi & safety Issues

Ever since I have bought a King arms 7mm Verison 2 mechbox I have not been able to get my semi working and my safety is too tight in my mechbox so it doesn't engage the selector plate.

The 7mm bushings were also hard to put in so I use a mallet and hard round shape like a bushing to push them in the gearbox.

I originally had a Classic army x series gearbox with CA internals minus the TM piston, ARS head, ARS cylinder head, Prommy Anti reserve latch.

When I fire the AEG it shoots fullauto. When I let go of the trigger and then try again, it doesn't work till after 1-1.5 second. (I don't have a mosfet).

what body do you have? King Arm mech box can be tight on some non king arms bodies, sometime it's just a matter of fitment issue ie. My old G&P SR25 will take a systema box no problem but it wont take a KA box because it's a bit thick so it takes a bit of work to fit it in the lowers and when they do go in I have the same issue of the selector plte being squeezed and barely being able to switch it from safe to semi.

I have a Huang clear m4 body, but I have tried it even without the body and just the pistol grip with motor etc.

I have a similar issue on my KA m4. On semi, half pull of the trigger will result in full auto. Full trigger pull is semi. Slow pull of the trigger is three round burst. I actually kind of like it.

You may want to try replacing either the fire selector, selector plate, cut off lever, or a combination of the 3 until it works as it should.
