Mags leaking propane gas

I have two of these clips

Airsoft M4/M16 300 Rd Polymer PDW Magazine Hi-Cap Mag

Both leak out the top, where the gas exits the mags (rectangular rubber), I don't think it's the O ring, but I'm not quite sure what todo about it, I've been told to try taking it apart and cleaning it, and I've done that with one of my other mags (below)

Though now it's in worse condition then before, though going into it blindly I knew I'd just use this one as practice.

Anyways, the two that concern me, one leaks very slightly, and the other is quite noticeable, any ideas?

......those are aeg mags pictured... they don't take gas?

if they are WE gas mags and you just chose the wrong pictures ... there is someone on the forums here that shows how to blue gasket maker seal the mags up...

though most recommend taking the mags apart and soaking all the oring seals in silicone oil (even the valves)

if they are leaking at the top rubber, theres 2 possibilities. the seal(s) for the gas chamber, or the seal(s) in the main gas valve (the one at the top that the trigger mech activates)

A bit contradictory to have a gas leak with a hi-cap mag.
