G&G GR16 Electrical Problem
Here is the problem,
after changing the piston head on my friends gun we had an electric issue. Gun doesnt fire anymore and after changing the broken fuse and tried another battery the results are the same.. none! Heres my questions: 1: What do you think could cause that problem 2: Is there a way to test the motor out of the gun Thanks alot |

The easiest way to test the motor is take it out of the grip, hook the wires up to it, hook up a battery, hold the motor firmly, and fire the weapon. If it spins, you have different issues.
You may have lost a shim or two during the piston change. Your piston may be misaligned. Your wires may have gotten pinched in the gearbox. |

Change your fuse.
Check your motor connector, take the motor plate off and make sure the positive and negative wires are firmly connected to the motor posts. Check the wiring on your trigger mechanism, be sure it's soldered and not touching anything else in the gearbox. Charge your battery and try again. There's very little to check when it comes to wiring in an AEG, just be sure everything is fine and not touching anything in the gearbox. No worn or broken wires and all your connections are good... |

It's all a learning experience. Live and learn, although that's really, really funny :P.
