I'm gonna guess you're motor's smoking. That's a problem with a gun.

Did the gun STOP working then smoke when you held the trigger? or is it still functioning while smoking a doobie?

The guns not old I have had it for a few months, I didn't use full auto alot, its shots 350fps, maybe 5000 rounds, umm i did drop in a systema gear box but im still using the same spring tho.

maybe it was just time for the motor to go..
was the motor itself smoking or was it the gearbox? because i'd check your wiring (could have melted) |

I was playing a game the gun stop working then It just started working and did the same thing a few hours later and then just saw smoke coming out of the hand grip( at the bottom)

the wires inside the mechbox right were the pinion gear is (if not seated properly) can get chewed up, check those, if they are fine (still have the insulation on them) then its your motor and you need a new one.
