I'm new around here

Hello,

My name is Dwayne. I run my own business from home. I enjoy golf and being at the lake on weekends.

Airsoft looks interesting and I'm checking it out as a sport. I would like to get into Airsoft for the sportsmanship and the gamesmanship.

thanks

Great to have you along. I suggest you dig into the FAQ's. There is alot of info in there, and it can answer most of your questions. Also if you are an adult I suggest you get age verified right as soon as possible so you can view the age restricted sections with all the cool shit.

Golf and airsoft... You may have chosen the two most expensive/gear-whorable sports ever in the history of ever.

Get ready for KD every night... SO worth it :P

You pretty much have to chose one or the other. My golf gear has been sitting in the basement and I doubt it will have much play time since I took up this new hobby.

Golf and Airsoft the most expensive sports? What about racing? 5 million dollars for one car, which will almost certainly get damaged to some extent. And then there's that Redbull Air-Racing. I bet those planes cost an arm and a leg.

I had to give up summer hockey for airsoft...I think hockey could give golf a run for it's money for the most "gear whoreish"...especially if you're a stick whore...and some sticks cost as much as AEGs/GBBs, so it gets really expensive...I've never seen a golfer break his club on a swing.

I will be getting age verified this week and we can get things started.

I have a lot of time on my hands, I work from Home on my own schedule.

Lots of time for Airsoft, Golf and whatever comes up.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.

Dwayne
