Contacting AI about a Tornado issue.
I'm posting this here cause I think I posted the original post in the wrong section. But heres my problem.
I've had a problem with my Tornado grenade for awhile now been leaking out of the relief valve for the last year or so, I've followed the instructions in the manual but still leaks. I've been trying to contact AI to get this problem solved for awhile now but no one ever replies back or even a hint of them reading my emails/pms, I see madmax posts in most of the tornado problem threads so I hope he sees this and resolves this problem. The Tornado as of now is just a $100 paper weight. |

But my issue is no ones contact me back or even told me too email here email there pm here. All I have to go by is the emails on the website and the emails he provides here to report problems, I've tried em all and none have replied back. Kinda sucks because I only used my Tornado for about a month or two, and the problem started and I haven't used it since been close to a year now.

Hi,
Ariel here from Airsoft Innovations. I don't think we've ever had any customer service threads here on ASC and we certainly haven't told anyone to contact us on here. That said, we do tell people to contact us through e-mails. We've since gone through a server and website overhaul and this has caused us to lose a few e-mails to our spam and non existent e-mail addresses that were being put on our site. We take every e-mail that we get and respond to them no matter what. If you'd like to resend an e-mail to us you can do that here: support@airsoft-innovations.com As for the OP's problem: We can't fix this problem by reseating the relief valve because I think the o-ring is damaged. This will just allow the gas to escape no matter what. If you'd like to e-mail me at the above e-mail with your address, we'll get a fix out to you. Ariel Airsoft Innovations Inc.
