KSC M11 Problem
I have lubed it, and not sure why the nozzle would get stuck like this. It blows back but not completly on return..
I've lubed the piston head oring.. The Mag seals are lightly damaged.. don't think that would effect much on nozzle returning.. Nozzle spring is in place too. |

Did you insert mags while the bolt wasn't cocked? A design flaw basically kicks the shit out of the nozzle of you insert mags in when uncocked, and the damage is exponantial depending on the force used.
Pull the nozzle, try to see if it's straight, if it isn't try to straighten it out but you might need replacements. |

It's straight. I only instert the mag when the bolt was racked.

Is that the first system Mac 11? I have the same problems on one of mine. I think its the o-ring that goes arount that shiny tube is too tight, and restricts it from blowing back all the way.

What if I purchase a system 7 nozzle, would I need the silver piece?
Would the G&P steel kit fit with system 7? |

Is this the system 7 or the first m11 version? and yes the steel kit would fit either one. It's just the body that are the same but the internals are different.

It's the first M11 version with the silver piston and different nozzle.
I can't find any other system 7 internals except for nozzle itself. Can one explain where to find the whole BBU for the system 7? Also if they use same hop up? Different mags? The problem is the nozzle isn't retuning in place. Piston O-ring rubber is too thick or the nozzle is too small on it.. I've noticed VA BB's can't feed well on it as it splurts out.. |

Thanks for the link to the PRO shop, very helpful. However, I am wondering if I can convert the internals of my orgininal m11a1 to the new system 7 internals? I understand that this would involve switching several parts, but is it possible? Has anyone tried this?

I can't confirm this however as I only have a KSC Glock19 and Mk23 and I don't know much about GBB internals to give you a definite answer. But check out other sources to see if Sys7 really is just Glock internals or if they're based off the Glock GBB design.

I had the same problem with my Mac 11. The hop-up rubber is over lubbed and enlarged.
