Post Desert Eagle Make = ?

Hello, i have recently aquired a Desert Eagle, and i am unsure of the Maker.
the company i bought this from claims its a KSC however i have not known ksc to make Desert eagles.

http://www.imperialairsoft.com/apps/...s/show/1918415

i cannot find anything particular to this model, i was thinking its a KWC.
as thats the closest thing to it. Now it seems i would have had an easyer time getting a Real .50AE desert eagle.

i am also trying to find upgradeable part such as the barrel, slide and frame (Metal kits) much like the guarder kits you can get for TM's.

Specs:
Weight is roughly 1005g (based on my small scale)

1:1 size IMI .50 Action Express Desert Eagle Mark XIX (19) (this is not branded under IWI, as most are now)

Matte Black

Barrel, Slide and frame are Reinforced ABS Plastic (feels really durable) the rest are pretty much metal, Steel/Aluminum aloy

Box states *Shoots 300fps measured in .12g* (feels more like 350fps with .25g)(Green Gas)

Not sure if this is a *Hard Kick* however it has the recoil of almost a .22 on a full can of gas

Field strips just like the real steel would

Not sure if i have left any thing out but i can give other details upon request, in case i have missed anything

Here is what i would like to Upgrade: (if you know where i can find some that would be great if you could tell me ;D)

Grip: Ivory Or Wood grip (ivory colored rubber)

Barrel, Slide and Frame: Preferably Metal (even just one of those three will do nicly

and just Extra parts (incase one breaks i can fix it faster)

And some extra Mags (always good to have)

Heres a few Pics (again i can add more if needed)
photobuckets not working (go figure, when i need it to work it wont)
so here is a link to the image

thanks for any and all help ;D

If it's truly KSC it should have "MANUFACTURED IN TAIWAN" or something to that effect somewhere on the pistol likely in some random hard to see place. Both "Taiwan" and "Japan" versions will say this, just the Japan version is for the Japanese market due to their energy limits (1Joule).

Looking at the reference pic however (if it truly is "KSC") it seems to imply that it's KWA as KWA is made for the US/UK markets and due to US regulations orange tips are required as you can plainly see on the box the gun has an orange tip. However to the best of my knowledge KWA has never made a Desert Eagle.

I'm not sure if this is true...but I thought most "good" airsoft companies don't state the FPS with .12's? That's more of a walmart special thing...

It's one of those POS Wal-Mart Cybergun "softair" pistols. Not worth upgrading anything - I don't think it's even possible.

I have a similar one

it looks more like an hfc de.thier preformance was poor as in mine it's slide sorta went back to battery very slow compared to a tm ..but looks like the same box my hfc came in back in the day when it was easy to import through tru ..now I"m not sure but I thought kwa's had that sily spider web on thier grips to show thier kwa or something like that

on the side "Made in taiwan" Barely EEtched in the side of the plastic, i have a Serial Number on the Barrel unter the slide, TM puts em just above the grip on the right side. I belive its "licenced" by CG but nothing else indicates anything by CG

mine did have an orange tip but i poped it off with a pair of needle nose plyers (poorly glued on)

my MAIN purpose it to find out who makes it and get Extra parts and things.

It's gas. The Wal-Mart ones are spring.

Did some research into the Cybergun rebrand of the Desert Eagle and it looks like the OEM is KWC.

http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/lo...p/t167030.html

Quote below:

Quote:
KWC is a Taiwan based manufacturer of airsoft guns. Here's their website. It's worth exploring.

http://tgwee.ewal.com.tw/kwc1/Index.asp?ID=38&ID2=1

Cybergun is mainly a distributor and rebrander of other manufacturers' products, including KWC, though it seems as if Cybergun may actually produce a few guns of their own. Cybergun is based in France. I don't understand their exact corporate structure, but Cybergun has other incarnations in other countries--other "names" that belong to Cybergun or do business for Cybergun in other countries, or some such. Softair / Soft Air is one of them. Palco Sports is another. Also Firepower seems to be mixed up with them. The classic multinational.

Most websites that sell airsoft products don't make the distinction. When you see Cybergun, it's probably manufactured by somebody else, but Cybergun itself, and/or the website, may not disclose the original manufacturer. It's very confusing.

Cybergun is reviled in many quarters. (a) because they distribute a lot of very sub-par products (though not all of them are), and (b) because they have a lot of licensing agreements for R.S. trademarks that they control and charge mucho $$ for, either selling themselves or licensing out to other manufacturers. In this regard, they're rather like Umarex.
EDIT: New KWC website: http://www.kwcgun.com

Also, if you look at the KWC website officially the KWC Desert Eagle shoots at .6 Joules http://www.kwcgun.com/Image/KG-51AH%20EN.jpg

this one with sticker and a test shoots at an avreage of .6j if this helps i am also using KA (king arms Green Gas) with an average FPS of 331 with .25g
so i srsly dought its anything cheap and i looked into the site and i dont think its any one of them, the second one is all metal, 3rd is closest my my sights are not adjustable (back might be, havent taken much time to readjust it) but being in canada its really hard to get any Really top notch airsoft. w/o ordering from the US. because of border stuff. most say its a moderate sucess rate if you declare it.

Ah ha thanks i am about 90% sure its KWC, main reason is the blowup diagram of the 100% takedown, my parts are VERY similar if not Identical. again Thank you for yout time and all of your help it is very kindly apreciated.

Found this site a few years back.. great site if you need replacement parts for KWC guns and its dirt cheap and you get everything in the parts diagram you buy. I got an aluminum slide and full hammer assembly for my SW40F for $20 plus $10 for S&H.
