fill valve

hey i need a new fill valve for my kjw glock 23. i found some but im not sure what ones i can use for this one. does anyone know where i can find one that will fit for it thanks?

and does anyone else know where i can find a glock plate as well?

Airsoftparts.ca sells them for packs of 3. I have them installed on my MK1 and they do great.
