Personally, Marines? How bigs your squad. How about instead of a team name you use Marine style Squad names?

Fireteam: Outlaw/Whiskey/Trapper/Rhino/Rainbow

Personally just cause its awesome I'd use Rainbow.

Then divide your squad into 3 smaller fireteams of 4 that are called

Rainbow Alpha, Rainbow Bravo, Rainbow Charlie.
