i have this gun and it is amazing although at long range shots you need heiver than .2 g bbs because they will somtimes get the wrong spin from the hop up bu other that that it is amazing if been through 30 000 bbs and it still works like new.

I know I am new on these boards so you can take or leave my opinion on the Aftermath products.
I have the MP5 version and have run it for an entire season and two winters of plinking in the basement waiting for the season to start and have had no issues with it (about 6000 rounds). It cronies at about 335-340 with .20 but I shoot .25 most of the time. It has performed almost as well as its TM counterparts on the field except for the retracting stock but I put a standard stock on it and its fine now.
In my opinion for $160 and a $7 can of flat black spray paint it is a solid gun to start with.
I have seen a couple of Krackens out last season as well and other than crap batteries saw no issues with either of them.

just my 2 cents.

You revived a 2 year old post that has been dead for over a year to argue the virtues of Aftermath guns as your FIRST POST to the forums? Now off to a very good start there dude. Had you actually looked around a bit, you'd see Krakens are actually looked upon quite favourably in this forum. All that you've posted is common knowledge around here already.

Word of advice - don't necropost unless you have something truly useful to add to a thread.
