Seeing the fact that the real ones are clearr i think they stay true to form and I like the fact I can tell how many rounds I have left

hmmm these appear to be longer than the marui mags, finally someone decided to make replicas of the 30rd mags for airsoft

these would make my 551 look wicked.

Thats right i only jus relized that. I guess it would be hard to compress 120 rounds into the short 20 round mags.

Hmmm, I wonder if there's mags are single stack or double stacked. If they're single, I think I may have to try out their armalite set....

i was thinking the same, although it is nice to see how many bb's you have, it does take some of the realism away from the look

haha paint half of them...then you have 4 for when you wanna "keep it real", and 4 for when you wanna not have to remember how many bb's you've shot

or just buy a bag of black (or whatever, tracers even) bbs and put 5 half way or at the end so you know you're out.

... or count every shot you take!

I dont understand why STAR decided to go with a 120rds mags instead of the 30rds *realism* they put into AK and M16 mags...?!

If I'm not mistaken, these aren't STAR brand, but MAG brand mags. Weird name for a mag company... MAG mags... I could be wrong.

definitely gonna paint them all, i figure if they clamp together you wont see the bb's in the mag anyways, so whats the point of them being clear with no dummies in it?
