East Coast Airsoft?
Think I found a good US-based website that ships decently-priced guns to Canada.
http://www.eastcoastairsoft.com/ Looking at buying these cheap guns to get my arsenal started : Pretty cheap guns (Sub-total: $63), but I don't have tons of $$ lying around. Will shell out more coin if I start playing frequently. 'nudder gun I was looking at: M50 Sniper Rifle ^Prolly pick up this one if I decide not to go with the 2 above options. What's the consensus? Good starter choices? ECA a good place to buy from? |

1st: Thats in US (so it's a no-go since you're in Canada)
2nd: That's really cheap and really won't last long. 3rd: How old are you? If you're 18+, read the FAQs and get AV'ed. Also, I strongly suggest you to use the search function which should help you find a pleathora of threads about the best starter guns. Good luck

Cheap guns are possible in Canada, but mostly only in the classifieds.
Usually, figure that the sticker price for guns in Canada is about 2-3 times that of US prices, but sometimes it goes as low as 1.3x. There is no cheap crap guns though, for all intents in purposes they don't exist outside of Walmart. |

What about those guns make them "Canada approved"? Looks more like a US retailer trying to pull a quick one over ignorant Canadians.

Canadian Orders
Here at ECA we are willing to work with Canadian customers. Yes, we can ship to Canada, but due to strict customs and regulations, there is always a 95% chance that the order will be seized and not returned. We are not responsible if this happens. If you need more information about this, feel free to give us a call any time. But as of now yes we will ship orders to canada, just please remember, you are ordering at your own risk. East Coast Airsoft Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or seized packages going to Canada.

Just because an american company says they can ship an airsoft gun to Canada doesnt mean it will get here. Its like someone saying they can mail you a kilogram of cocaine from the US, sure they can mail it to you, but the odds of you recieving it are extremely low. Once the airsoft gun leaves the companies have your money and have shipped your gun they dust their hands of the issue and could not be bothered with even giving a care. Unless they offer a 100% money back guantee against siezure I wouldnt even bother looking into them.

Yeah, those guns are pretty flippin' cheap.
But I'm a student. So no tons of dough lying aboot. :P How about this pistol? Electric - CM030 Glock They also offer a decent selection of Sniper Rifles for a fair price. Any of those look good? There's a surplus store in Oakville that offers some airsoft weapons - I saw a Spring G36 for about $70. But I'd rather go with a beginner electric gun or a sniper rifle. Seems kind of silly to me to have a spring assault rifle. The only issue I have with getting AV'd is that I live in Burlington and there doesn't seem to be many Reps in my area. Endymion says he's willing to drive out to Hamilton, and Jeroon (Armyissue) is in Mississauga - I'll make the hike if I have to. Plus, some of the Canadian retailers I've looked at are a bit out of my price range, at least until I secure employment. :P |

Airsoft is a costly thing, its better to wait and save all the money you would other wise blow on low quality items and purchase something of quality.
