Fixing old tired Low Cap Mags
I have a number of old AUG mags that do not feed like the used to. The BB's dribble out instead of flying out.
Has anyone figured out a way to fix the spring to feed faster?

Try a bit of silicone oil, it might just need to be lubed. Mine are old as well, I was thinking of putting a shim of some sort at the bottom of the spring. However mine are M4 mags.

Take the spring out, and extend it very carefully by pulling a few inch section by section moving along the spring. Put it back in, see if that helps. Don't extend the spring too much and deform it though.

I had a couple of used lowcaps I bought that had this same problem and that's how I fixed them. I gently stretched the spring, oiled them, and now they work like a charm.
