I'd second what Mr Hitman said. Your mechbox will die a rather rapid death with that spring. Standard V2 shells can't take that kind of abuse. That's even tough for reinforced shells. I'm not sure high torque gears are required, but they would help decrease trigger lag significantly.

theirs a click but its really quiet. if the gearbox is locked up and i take it apart again wha do i fix becuse this would be the sixth time taking it apart.

Properly upgrade the mechbox for high speed and high FPS. That will most likely include a torque-up gear set, new piston head, and maybe a cylinder head.

I'm saying it's locked up because you didn't modify the gun to be able to take that kind of a spring. A high power setup needs more done to it than just a bigger spring and motor.

try with your stock spring... if it work than too strong spring is your problem... oh and check the polarity of the motor because if it's wired backward it would explain all the previous symptoms!
