Which web site has the best customer service and is the most reliable

I'm new to airsoft and looking to get my first high grade gun.

Played a few games with low end springers with some friends of mine and we desided to get involved in a big way.

Have not desided what web site to use to get our guns and I am wondering what people thing about each one and how good they are.

http://www.007airsoft.com/main2.htm

http://www.buyairsoft.ca/

http://www.shootsoft.ca/clearsoft/index.php?cPath=21

http://velocityarms.ca/

http://www.mach1airsoft.com/release.php

They are all canadian site as I am well aware you can import most of them due to replica law.

I am wondering about people experence with any and all of the web sites.

Most of the stuff on Shootsoft is overpriced, some by a TON.

All the others are fairly good though, with buyairsoft maybe the exception.

Agreed. And to mention 007 is the longest running retailer in Canada which should speak volumes in itself.

To be honest, the best, most reliable, most readily available site is.... drumroll please..... www.Airsoftcanada.com

Shootsoft is grossly overpriced on many of their guns (you can find the identical product for 1/2 the price elsewhere) and will rape your ass on shipping.

Buyairsoft.ca has a rather poor reputation for selling shoddy products and having poor customer support in terms of communication. That being said, I've dealt with them before for pellet guns, and never had a problem

007 has the highest grade of guns out of all these dealers. I don't know how they are now, but I tried many times to contact them for guns, I never got replies. It was a very frustrating experience that left me doubtful if I'll ever try again. Although many people on this site swear by them and have had great service.

I can't vouch for the others as I've never dealth with them personally.

The best option is if you're 18+, get age verified and you'll have access to these and many more retailers in the classifieds, as well as access to quality used guns at decent prices.

If you're not 18, then you're out of luck, as you shouldn't be owning airsoft in the first place.

There's also Pure Armament, The Pistolero and the list goes on....

Only thing is you have to be AV'ed first to get access to those guys. Note: I purposely used retailers without usernames in the name of their store there are many more than just those guys.

ASC classifieds is da bomb. Pretty much dont go gun shopping anywhere else seeing you can for the most part find exactly what you're looking for on the classifieds unless it is some super rare or brand new release than it might be a bit difficult.

i tried to use buyairsoft once. never panned out as i never got a response to the few questions i had. lucky me i guess.

Velocity arms was a pleasure to deal with, all of my questions were awnsered truthfully and informatively.

Me and buddies are all planning to buy in one large bulk order (Yes we are all over 18 and will be getting age verified soon.)

The thing is we are not sure where but we are looking for deals like combo packs and boxes of clips and other accessories as well.

Velocity Arms sells magazines aswell, once you're verified perhaps you could work something out with the owner

(He's here on these forums and he responds to PM's!)

Don't think you'll find "combos" like what you're looking for anywhere. But if you're going a bulk order of multiple guns, batteries and magazines, I'm sure one of the retailers here on ASC would give you a better deal on a large order.

On the topic of "bulk orders" from a retailer. You could probably work something out with someone in the Retail section. I know when "The Pistolero" was doing AEG's he was going to give discounts on multiple purchases (eg. buy 2 guns save $20 or something, buy 3 save $40, etc.).

While we're on the topic of buyairsoft, I have heard that their G&G line isn't true "Combat Machine" as what everyone was led to believe. What it is, is that they are specially manufactured Combat Machine guns but with certain parts coming from the regular G&G line. So they're not really Combat Machine brand per-se but not regular G&G either it's really somewhere in between.

EDIT: They're not clips..... they're mags (it's fine, I won't bash you for that like real steel owners would) Anyways....

On the topic of getting "Bulk mags", the closest thing would be to get a few boxes of STAR mags. They come in packs of 10 and go for ~$30 USD + shipping (the real-cap mags). You CAN import mags (you CANNOT import ones that have visible "dummy rounds" in the mag).
