Shim Job?
Hey everyone, I'm still thinking about getting a tf7, but I heard that before you try upgrade it in any way, you should give its gearbox a shim job. I don't know what this means, someone want to clarify it?

So, basically you clean all the grease out of the gearbox and tighten everything?

http://fragcdo.com/2008/02/14/shimming-the-gears/ read this should answer your question! oh and by the way dont upgrade a tf7! stock they fire 265fps (tested) and the marui mp7 shoots 210 so the tf7 it's pre-upgraded.
