BB's straying Right
Hey guys, just got my KWA M4A1 and it's beautiful. Just one thing that bugs me is that the bb's tend to stray to the right occasianlly, I've tried to counter this with the sight adjustment but it isn't enough.
The hopup that came with it was crap so I replaced that with a stock ICS one, but it still does it after re-assembly. As far as I know there is no special way to install a hopup rubber and barrel. could it be that I jujst need to turn the barrel a little inside the hopup to make sure the hop nub is centered? I use bio .20's and have tried perfect .25's and they both fly the same way. It's not my bb's, at least I don't think it is. ideas?

it maybe because your hop up rubber isnt centred.
right handed users sometimes position their arm slightly to the right, so the shots hits to the right as well. Many people dont realize that and blame the gun... |

Also, make sure your inner barrel is clean. I once came across a KWA that for some reason had stuff caked on inside the inner barrel that was disrupting BB path.

I turned the barrel a bit and that seems to have helped it alot, the barrel itself is spotless. The grouping at 100 feet is still not that impressive though, from what I hear they use 6.07mm barrels.
I tried installing a TM 6.03mm barrel but it seems to be slightly thicker than my stock KWA one, no matter what I do I can't seem to get the hopup and barrel to seat nicely in the hop chamber. I tried using oil to help it in there but nothing helps. is the KWA not a TM size/type hopup?
