WA SV double & quadruple feeding...

Got some issues with intermittent double feeding.... Also, about every 5th shot dry fires, then the gun will fire 4 rounds in the one next shot... Its like a really flashy, compact and unreliable shotgun. This is an older SCW V2 5.0 SV, and the only mags creating this problem are the newer SV mags ive ordered. All my older para mags with full metal feed lips which are part of the mag body function just fine with the gun, feed perfectly. The newer mags did not allow the blowback unit to cycle through them, the unit is a Guarder blue model, dont know exact model name, wasnt mine originally. So, I filed out some space in the newer plastic mag feed lips, got it to cycle through but then encountered this problem. I thought Id fucked up the feed lips, which i probably have but oh well, i can get new ones, but when i swapped out the modified feed lips for some off a broken WA 1911 parts mag Ive got, I still had the same double and quadruple feeding issue. I have my theories as to the cause, but thought Id ask you gais.

halp plox.

Are you sure the gun's SCW2? I thought only SCW1 used mags with metal feed lips.

They didnt come with the gun, traded some single stacks for the para mags, but they work. work beautifully. just sucks when theyre dropped... not like you can just buy new lips.

Ok wait... you have an SCW2 5" SV with Single Stack
mags? None of this adds up. Only the IED series of SV's
were 1911 mag users.

Post a pic of your mags and your gun, and I'll do my
best to help you out.

I have read a bit online about the new WA mags with
plastic replaceable feedlips double feeding on some
guns... usually newer models.

I run an old WA Magna SVI 5" standard with a brand
new 4.3 mag (plastic lipped) and it work perfectly.

nonono. i swapped the feed lips from my 1911 into my SV mag, and had the same issue with feeding as my modified stock SV mag's feed lips. it is quite aggravating... anyone know where i can buy old mags? Not only are the newer SV lips somehow incompatible with my gun, the mag bases are unnecessarily tall and wont fit into my magwell without grinding them down, which i can do its just a pain in the ass.

Ok I see, but the mag bases are all universal,
as the mags are supposed to be...

Dude, just take a photo of all your mags +
bases and your gun. I need to see it all.
