motor hight problem

ok, i upgraded my gearbox and now the motor can pull the spring..

but the intresting part is that if i open the butplate and hold the motor inplace with my fingers it works fine but once closed, no matter how much i play with the motor hight nothing helps - it only managed to pull the piston half way and then its stuck..

any ideas anyone?

im using a a&k s-system which proved to be a very reliable piece... ive seen other high-end guns in my team stop working for the most sily problems and my gun just kept on working...

anyway, the tune up kit is huicane (nozzle, spring, spring guide, cilinder, cilinder head and piston head), the gears are element high torque (300% torque up), the motor is eg700 and the body is made in china

this is what happends when you broke and all the parts that you put in your gun are freebies from friends that upgraded their own guns and where left with spair parts.

I'm not sure if your gun has one, but could you have lost a motor adjustment plate? its a small metal disc between the height screw and bottom of the motor

ok guys, thank you all for your suggestions but now the plot thicknes...

now, when i push the motort with my fingers and pull the trigger it shots but just once! after one full cycle its as if the motor recieves no more power (no kliking sound..)....

if i take the motor out at that point and hold it connected but outside, when pulling the trigger nothing happends but if i take it all apart and (taking the gearbox outside of the reciever) then but it back together the motor comes back to life, spins fine when held outside, and when reinserted, again, shoots once and the nothing, again...

i hate chinese guns!!!! im too broke to buy a TM!!!!!

just for the record, the gears are elemnt, the intire air compressing system is huricane (exept CA piston) and motor is eg700

please help me..

What is the spring power, is your battery properly charged, and was the mechbox assembled properly?

Since nobody can guess where you live (your profile is not filled-out), you will have to do your part and probably find a local expert to look at it. There is no real way to guess about things like that just by writing.

Now you know why we suggest that folks dont buy crap.

Is the battery good enough for high torque gears? Are the gears shimmed too tight?
