OD velcro backed name tags

wondering where people are getting the velcro name tags for their gear. I am thinking of the ones that are around 3" long and 1/2" tall. If someone can toss me a link it would be greatly appreciated.

CP Gear does nametapes that has velcro attached. I know other people get their nametapes from some place in the US, nametapes.com or something, but you'd have to put velcro on yourself.

Thats the place that I did the team group order from, even had velcro backed multicam tapes seeing as most of us wear multicam.
