G3 mags in M4/M16 pouches
I am thinking about getting a vest but am not sure whether my G3 mags will fit into the M4/M16 mag pouches this vest has. I am also not sure if that vest is any good and offers a good place to start for a vest. Any help with either the vest or mag issue would be great and suggestions for different vests would also be great.
Thanks in advance http://www.ascarmoury.com/product_in...roducts_id=579

Tried it, they are just a bit too big.
Look for M14/G3/SR25 magazine pouches. Get a modular vest or chest rig and get the molle pouches for it. |

Seeing as the description says the mag things are for two would i be able to fit 1 g3 mag in?

If the pouch is designed to hold 2 or more pouches then yes the G3 mag should fit no problem, but depends what sort of spacers are in the pouch.

Also you will be using the pouches not in the dimensions where where stitched in, may effect fitting and snaps/flaps/closures. I've seen a pile of people with M14 pouches which will work, they are a little rarer but not to an extreme extent (like P90 mag pouches...*moan*)
