M11 not firing correctly

Hey folks!

Just got the T77. Very well built and shot like a dream! About 1/2 through the game, the gun began firing oddly. I'll take a shot in semi (the gun will shoot) but i have to re-cock it myself. In full auto i can shoot about 2 or 3 bb's and have to do this. I dont see anything wrong with it (internally). The gun is well lubed.

Could a weak mag spring do this? Maybe i need a heavier recoil spring? Im figuring the sliding nozzle thing may be getting stuck in the hopup sleeve and causing the bolt not to recock itself.

Has anyone had a problem like this? (i am a second M11 owner).

Thanks for any insight,

Cheers

T77?

I found similar problems with my KSC M11 as yo umention, it'll stop shooting after a few shots, I have to rack the bolt again to keep firing. Really annoying, would like to find out myself.

The maruzen m11 does the same thing, just lube the barrel and bolt for quick fix. (Making me think dozer's bolt getting stuck in hopup idea is probably the problem)
I dont think weak springs is the problem

Had this exact same problem with mine and fixed it by finding a loose screw at the back of the blowback chamber(inside the gun)and screwing it down with loktite.As well the hopup rubber is famous for getting chewed so I replaced that as well.Dont know your model but mine was KSC M11.

I found this info about jammings and misfeads from a wholesalers website, very interesting and it sounds like it is the problem that you might be having with your T77;

http://www.airsoftgunsusa.com/shop/p...&cat=18&page=1

PLEASE READ DO NOT USE UHC GREEN GAS WITHOUT READING THIS NOTICE
If you use green gas with silicone (UHC G-1000) included you will need to clean the magazine, and BB holding O-Ring often (every 40 rounds) to minimize excess oil in chamber area. Excess oil can cause jams, misfire, short shooting, and/or shorten life of product. We suggest gas with little or no silicone fired through this product. You may introduce into the magazine a small amount of silicone to maintain seals. Ask your retailer to show you how to correctly clean this product. Use a clean Q-tip with very small amount of silicone to clean, and lube the O-Ring inside chamber. Then use a dry Q-tip to remove excess oil. Very light circular pressure should be applied to avoid damage to ring. Also periodic use of gun cleaning rod to remove build up inside barrel is recommended. Damage caused to product by customer voids warranty.

I out some oil in the gun before i went to bed last night. I think it just needed to be lubed and was (obviously) not lubed enough from factory. The gun sometimes fires in full auto when set to semi...but...its an M11 type GBB so im not too concerned.
