KJW P226 won't fire
Hey, my P226 just stopped working. Was fine about a month ago when I last used it. Now it doesn't release any gas when I pull the trigger. The hammer works fine (locks back, slams forward when you pull the trigger) and the mag is holding gas cause it gushes out when you push the seal in. I know these guns are known for breaking a valve, would that cause this? Any one else with the problem? Anyone with ideas what it could be? Thanks.

If youve got what I had you just shouldnt fill your mags all the way, my KJW G23 was having problems releasing the first few shots because the mag was full to the brim, once I let a bit out it was able to fire properly.

Hey man, found this while googling for some KJW P226 information and thought I'd fill you in on how I fixed my problem with this.
I had the same problem. Mag full of gas, pull trigger, no dice. Tried with a half full mag, still no luck. Then I figured out the problem: I've talked to some people who've had the same issue, apparently Part Number 30 (http://www.uncompany.com/pageproduct...sp?prodid=7941) had broken. I had to search for quite a while to find a place that carried the part in stock, try DenTrinity (www.dentrinityshop.com) to see if the part is still there. (I purchased the TM version, part number 32, as it's rumored to be sturdier). Hope this helps! Slice |
