g36 c scope issue

Ok g36 c I got a scope on the rail. I have it zeroed. The issue is this every shot after the first (from rezero) is a compleat miss. Well not quite its about half a pizza box off when it gets to target.

So thats first shot bullseye second shot the botom of the pizza box(bulleye being center) and the 3rd shot hell only knows.

Friend thinks it might be the scope or the hop up, but those are shots in the dark and we dont honestly know.

Any thoughts

Which G36? Who makes it?
Have you tried to adjust the hopup properly by itself first? If not, do that.
Scopes are normally meant for real guns with far longer reaches, so the adjustment for a gun that shoots not much more than 150 feet instead of 150 meters is a problem.

Airsoft guns are not very accurate, giving us more details like how far the target is, would help. Same for your choice of ammo.

Mesured target was about 30 feet away.(when we learned of the targeting issue we were fireing at about 150(best estimit) feet away or so and at that distence we didnt see impact so we moved it closer till we started seeing a second shot.

bbs ish trying to remeber the name i know they are not cross man and are a good decent quality bb i think they are like 2 -2.5 we know the ammos not the assue cause the tm m4 was using the same ammo as was a famas(i think tm) and nether of them were having any issies

this is my friends g36c i think its tm but i dont know for sure and hes after me to find out whats wrong with it (i was the one that it started on he was teaching me scope zeroing)

i dont know much about internals but i know its got half an sl9 body kit on it

as for the the hop up it dosent seam to make a difrence but we might be wrong

i am not far from wanting to move the scope to another gun to eliminate it. afterall he uses the scope on his 8mm colt anaconda(gbb), and seeing if i can get a 6 shot bulleye with it but i think hes out of gas for it.

(yes i dont acualy have any guns of my own yet i use his armory)

You wont notice about the hopup at 30 feet, and it IS important to adjust that first (before the scope is installed, not after).

So get age-verified, go to a game/meet, adjust the hopup where you can see it's full effect. Use good BBs, all of the same weight and company.

When the hopup is perfect and the BBs go where they should, then put a scope on. A scope at 30 feet is not only useless, but will screw up your aiming.

And since your friend has the problem and all the information to get a complete answer, why dont you make your life simple and tell him to get an account here? Being the go-between sucks.

lol

he has an account on here he is age verified

as for me getting verified still working on that

and the scope isn't used at 30 feet that's how close we had to get it to see the second shot fired at the same point as the first after it was zeroed and the ammo used is always the same i just cant remember the name of it

and i have been to a game or 2 with him

and the reason i am asking is cause i have Internet he doesn't right now

as for my friends account its 2nd battalion 2LT that's who the questions are being asked for

Any scope is useless at 30ft. Scopes are effective around 70ft at least, I had the same problem it's because the leveling of the scope and barrel is at different heights thats why you need to be shooting the gun very far away. For regular shooting just use the sights if you wanna shoot close.

Scopes are useless close range.

What kind of G36C is it? What brand?

the issue has been fixed thanks for advice but when i put the kit on it to fix the Handel primarily i forgot to insert a screw that holds the gear box system in place

i kinda got reamed for it but hey it was my first lesson on air soft gun mechanics installing a kit

thank you for the help

(mods can delete this topic after a few days if they like or leave it up for others to learn from my mistakes)
PS droc that helped with a different issue in a different gun that appeared to have the same issue but well ya it worked so yes cleaning barrel might have been an issue here but it wasn't

pss thank you to all that helped
