Vfc m82a1
Hi, i'm underage, but i'm saving up and learning for when i'll be 18, I like .50 cal Sniper rifles, especially the Barret M82A1. From what i've seen, the VFC Gas Rifle is really coool. I wanted to know, if i can have one from the classifields here (when i'll be 18.) and how much would it be, i know it would be alot, but for now, its on my wishlist for my 18 b'day , along with few AEG and GBB pistols, like a Desert Eagle GBB full metal, i'd like to have some info on this one too!
Thanks in advance for all who will answer me. |

You'll have a hard time finding the VFC as it has been out of production for awhile now. That having been said, if there was one for sale I would not expect to pay any less than $2000 for it, if that. The performance on the VFC is not staggering - it is more of a collector's piece than a skirmishable weapon.
You may want to consider the release by Socom Gear. It's new and still in production, and in general Socom Gear (and parent company Madbull) have released products of decent quality. |

Okay, thanks for this fast answer, but i would still prefer a gas operated one, blowback prefered, got any suggestions? but how much is the one you talked about?
Thank you for taking time to answer my questions. |

Smokey's. I don't recall that they've ever made a decent gaming gun though..

Starting off with a sniper rifle as a first gun, is not practical, especially if you plan on gaming with it. Sniping in airsoft is nothing like you see in the movies, and the accuracy isn't any better than an AEG without hundreds of dolars invested.
I've seen a smokey's .50cal go though, and it was well above the 2k mark |

IIRC the Smokey's is spring-operated, and even more uncommon than the VFC. To my knowledge, there is no gas blowback model of the .50 Barrett yet - gas-operated yes. Blowback, no.
EDIT: The man who knows beat me to it. |

there was a company called killer studio who made a small production run of blowback M82 kit but the quality was not even close to the garage gun works(smokey's) but at least it's an AEG based out of a TM G3 SG1

I don't see the purpose of a blowback M82, at the moment at least... With the M4 and stuff it makes sense because you actually get a comparable amount of kick. Still not as much as an actually 5.56x45 but it's a LOT closer than an airsoft blowback M82 will ever get to a .50BMG. I suppose it would be more for fun than to actually simulate using an M82 though.

I have a Smokey's, yes one of the three in country. For an M82 best bet would be the SOCOM. 3 shells from the garage ran 61.70 and a mag is 308.70 PM me for pics and info.
