Had the same issue with an aeg that I had flat hopped (first attempt at it mind you) and I can almost guarantee that it's the hop rubber/nub not sitting properly. Depending on your body brand, it may be that the whole outer is bent just ever so slightly. (Had that issue with a used gun I had)

I would recommend taking the rubber and nub out and re-seating it or try a new rubber/nub combo. I personally like the 75* maple leaf buckings and the flattop nub from modify flattop buckings
