Flat hop issues

Hey guys I recently flat hop my rifle and having issues where it seems to be under hoping. I have a promi 6.03 barrel with a prow in hop up unit with promi purple bucking and nomazu Flat hop nub cut to fit the pro win (followed amped airs oft video directions ect). Even with .25 and hop up turned all the way up I can't get it to over hop at all and not terribly accurate or consistent in how the bus flay after 50 yards.

Pull the barrel/hopup set out and look into it on the nozzle end. Roll the hopup up/on all the way. Do you see the rubber compressing into the barrel?

With the limited travel of the pro win, it might not be applying enough pressure to the robber to hop up

If you have an old hopup rubber, cut a swath of it and super glue it to the round part of the flat nub to shim it so the hop arm applies more pressure.

Dont super glue it to the hop arm... just wanted to add that disclaimer in.

Please don't confuse over hop with under hop if you've cranked the thing all the way on. If you've got too much hop it will mimic an under hop flight.

If the intrusion is very minor and barely visible it might be insufficient hop but if fully on the intrusion is taking up a significant amount of the opening then you may have an overhop situation.

OK I was in aware that excessive hop can cause a almost no hop situation. I'm just really at a loss as that accuracy is worse than my krytacs oem hop up bucking/nub/barrel

Did you lose a ton of fps when you upgraded?

I'm not sure as I hpa the rifle at the same time of doing this. Tho I am running at 90 psi and sitting around 400 fps with .20

Nozzle alignment has been shimmer and is good.

Sorry to hear about your issue, but is it really necessary to open up a new thread: http://airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=176302

Did you actually chrono or are you guessing based on psi?

Bought a chrono and is shooting consistently. Figured the flying left was due to some nozzle misalignment so thought should open a different thread as I'm having some different issues Than I was back then with different hop up setup as well.
