Glock 18 not cycling
Hey guys got a tm 18c and put it into a guarder frame. Looks amazing but I'm finding it's not always completely cycling seems to hang up on maybe last quarter inch of slide closing and it's not always. Seems to work fine w/o mag then with mag it's hit or miss. The slide is definitely more snug than the oem tinted frame was so do I maybe require a stronger recoil spring? Or is there some fitment I wasn't aware of

If you changed to a metal slide, you definitely need a stronger spring.

Almost feels like there a bit more resistance and when the mag w/o bbs at full gas cycles beautifully but when gas gets low starts to not fully return foreward a few mm's. When you push it forward there is an audible click .

Could need some fitment. A lot of times swapping slides or frames or both will require some filing or shimming to work well. Can you see any wear where the hang up could be occurring?

Did find a bit of the slide was a bit "buggered" up so removed it with a zip knife so seems to be sliding and cycling better. Also find sometimes my nozzle that picks up bb sometimes starts to stick so not sure if the cooling from gg is messing with my synthetic oil I use or what but seems to be working better now

Sometimes this is caused by a damaged or broken BB loading "tab" on the loading nozzle. It would be the bottom left rectangular part on the picture below, under the gas route. When this part is broken it will randomly jam, stick or misfeed, depending on where the "tab" broke. If the tab is intact, inspect the whole loading nozzle for hairline cracks, damaged nozzles are unpredictable can cause all kinds of weird random behavior.
Alternatively, sticking can be caused by a swollen or too tight hop-up rubber. Some loading nozzles are too large and stick in the rubber, most notably shooter design white nozzles (not sure they make them for Glocks, but for Hi-Capas these are notorious for sticking and not working without some sanding). Other after market nozzles have this problems, and it can vary from batch to batch even for a single brand.

Checked out the nozzle and it seems to be OK. I got some we tech 50 round mags and they seem to feed better and more smoothly than my Tokyo maui one that came with the gun which is kinda weird I thought it might be normal that the mag wiggles around in the frame while shooting but the 50 rounders don't more and pistol seems to run fine with it so maybe I got a last of the batch tm mag. Who knows but it's working and cycling so I'm back to being a happy camper haha. Thanks for help guys.
