who's worked on a VA36?
The original clear upper one they had sold 3-4 years ago?
I'm looking for anyone who's ever upgraded one, specifically the nozzle. Which nozzle did you find that worked with it? I have an shs nozzle here that's 1.3mm shorter than the non o-ring nozzle that came out of the gun. I haven't assembled it yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion that a 1.3mm shorter nozzle just ain't gonna make that dog hunt, so to speak.

Got issues with SHS "G36" nozzles in a bunch of guns. ARES air leak like crazy. SRC also had issues with it.
I used a Promy one without issues. |

well... I threw it together anyways and chronoed it for shits n giggles. 13 amp draw on that shitty motor... shoots like 10 rps with the trigger response akin to flooring it in a 90 hp civic.... ie.. you hear it going... but it's not going anywhere. Chronos a stable 395. I'm rather satisfied with that result. Going to have to try putting mags through it and seeing if he wants some more torque on the motor. It doesn't sound all that healthy... put my lipos on it and it was slooooooow.
I'm really surprised the shorter nozzle is sealing that well and consistently though. I had a KA m4 last week that had a nozzle just .7mm longer than the shs nozzle I put in and it didn't seal at all... 190-400 fps.. put the KA nozzle back in and 390 all day long.
