is Importing a PRC radio into Canada Legal?

Hey everyone,

I purchased a Military radio Italian radio military radio radio prc25/77 Transceiver ER 95 off of Ebay that's functioning mainly to finish off the loadout I am trying to portray.

I definitely should have done more research before making the purchase but the price was too good to pass on. I've done some searching online along with trying to contact the Government of Canada's division with dealing with Radio laws/licenses (as you probably guessed they don't respond to emails nor answer the phone)

Is it possible it will get seized at the border and what sortof license will I need to operate/legally own this radio?
