Total lack of compression

Hi

I've been facing a problem with GG Aeg for a while now

There is no compression in the cylinder and the piston head do not seal at all.

But

The damd thing keep shooting 360

Ive been seeing this since a while and i was wondering if someone got a clue of what is going on.

There was the old way : Seal the piston head and clyinder ans all so you get air seal to the max

there is the new way : no seal seeing sun true the cylinder and getting incredible fps.

Thank'.s

It's probably bc the piston is slamming forward with no resistant at all resulting in high fps. I've seen this many times before. If you inc the seal, the piston will encounter more resistance, thus slowing down the compression railing in dec fps

how are you testing for compression?

i test my g&g with m100 modify spring
full seal guarder piston head 360 fps
75% seal g%g piston head with guarder o ring 365fps
no seal g&g piston head 380fps

If the piston head is ported, it may seem like there is no compression. But when you actually shoot the gun, the air forces the o ring to expand, actually giving you compression.

380fps on a m100 spring seems about right, so its hard to say with this

Are you testing compression by hand with your finger over the air nozzle?
