Guys, do you have a link for the CBSA/RCMP declaration form with the FPS details, etc? I cant find it.. :/

What if you are the 2nd owner of the gun (ie. Bought from the classifieds) and have no reciept of the purchased gun? Also, if the gun was modded, how do you show proof the gun is shooting at so and so's FPS limit? Surely they won't just take it by word as well.
