Is it supposed to be any different than the usual PCU repro?

This looks like exactly what I've been looking for!
1) What kind of nylon?
2) How small can you compress the jacket?
3) What's your estimate on wear resistance against velcro?
4) Is it straight sleeve or really baggy around the armpits?
5) Is it water PROOF or water resistant? (better to be water resistant, breathes better)
6) Does the hood roll up into the collar?
7) Is there an inner lining?
8) Nice ass

There is an in-depth review comparing the allwin PCU, ORC PCU/MCU

The PCU is on Fedex truck now. I should have them today or tomorrow.
