Importing of AEG

Hi, im an Irish guy looking for a bit of advice. Im moving to Canada near the end of the year and i want to bring my CA M15 SEAL with me. Its full metal. How do i go about getting the gun sent over to me?

As Boyso just said, the lower metal receiver is restricted in Canada. This leaves you with two choices, sell your Airsoft at home and buy a new one here but expect to pay more for the same thing in Canada. Second choice is to disassemble your Airsoft and ship everything by mail without the metal lower receiver. Ship your lower receiver separately praying to the gods of Airsoft that it will arrive without getting seized by customs. If it's not a high end Airsoft, you might be better off buying a new one here.

Take it apart, bring the non restricted parts with you and replace the restricted ones once you get here. The restricted part(s) are as previously mentioned the lower receiver.
Sell your receiver there and buy a new one here.

Cheers guys. Problem is the rifle i want to bring is a CA SA58 Rifle. Cant get a unrestricted lower receiver for those! Can get the proper recevier here for my CA M15 SEAL through the shop i work in. So that might be an option.

Same rule would apply; disassemble the gun, you'd just have to get a retailer to import a new receiver for your CA58.

well you could try to import it as an unregulated firearms (must shoot more than 430 FPS) but that is not guaranteed to work 100% of time.

They are un controlled firearms.
