How to get TM mini AEGs?
TM mini AEGs
http://www.1999.co.jp/list/821/0/2 strictly speaking, not sure if these can be counted as REPLICA AIRSOFT GUNS. they look pretty cool, though.especially their realistic auto-shooting sound and relatively economical propellant power(AA batteries) so i m just wondering if i can order these from HK or USA,perhaps grab some if i drive down to the US. Thanks for any reply! |

I'm not sure where but I read that undersized model weapons are not considered Replica Firearms, but I wouldn't risk it, of course it's your choice though.

Hard to say - a few years ago you could without any problems. Not sure about now though.

There was a story posted a few days ago about that lady that had problems bringing home a toy soldier because of the 1:16th scale rifle that came with it...

I thought it was the British authorities that didn't allow it, not Canada...

as for import, if they look grossly out of real counterpart it can be importable as it does not replicate the firearm with near precision. You can probably win it in appeal. DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THIS |

They are obviously not to scale toys.
If they were seized you would more than likely be able to contest.

Taking out someone in the field with one of those should be even more satisfactory than a knife kill I want one...

Since they so a pretty poor job of replication firearms with near "precision" I'd definitely not worry too much about it getting seized. Though if it does get seized, prepared to face the full extent of Canada's smuggling laws.
