Problem with my tornado grenade.

I dont know if i'm in the good section since it aint a gun, but anyway, here is my problem:
I bought a used tornado grenade off someone, and when i came to test it, i filled it with gas, putted BBs in it, and when i removed the pin and threw it, nothing happened. It took at least 10-15 seconds before the grenade blew, and it didnt blow a lot. Is it because i didnt put enough gas? I know there is a technique to reduce explosion timing, but is the default explosion timing THAT MUCH long? And also, what is the instructions for the maintenance?

Sounds like you didn't gas it up enough. I have to put a TON of gas into mine before I get a reliable timer.

Also make sure that your propane tank isn't empty.

Are you letting it sit for a few minutes after filling? Filling it makes it cold for a little while, which affects the timer. However even right after a fill it should "explode" somewhat.

I was testing the grenade indoor, and i let it sit a 2-3 minutes. The propane tank was brand new, and it wasnt cold, it maybe was because it wasnt filling it enough, i filled it for a 6-7 seconds and after that propane was spilling off tje valve.. I'll try it again tonight.

Lubrication.. do you have Grenade oil?

without lubrication the delay is unpredictable and long..

you need to lube the grenade with every reset for best results.

Also make certain you give it a full gas charge.. the valve will back blast when it is full

Does it leak after being gassed?
