Can the PSG-1 take any medium length motor?
I'm not sure if the pinions found on normal AEG motors will pair up correctly to PSG-1 gears since they seem larger than normal AEG gears?

PSG-1 is the only rifle that uses mdi-lenght motors, so yes, any mid lenght will work.
If I remember correctly, the bevel is the same as any other guns, it is the sector and spur that change to accomodate the longer piston and pre-fire system.
