Are *ALL* "black guns" prohibited? (With exception..)
I'll get right to the point, and bring up my exception...
Are ALL "black" airsoft guns prohibited? Or are only the real-deal prohibited ones illegal? (AKA anything fully auto, guns that's have barrels to short, etc) My reason of asking is well - I have my RPAL, so I can legally own a real Glock 17 if I do so choose, as well as many other firearms. Am I able to purchase an airsoft version of the same gun? Or do they fall into a completely separate class being "replica's"? Silly laws are silly but I suppose I am just preaching to the choir. |

here's what most people are going to say:\
1- get age verified 2- read the FAQ 3- take the time and research it's been talked about and if you can't find info then post the question. |

They would fall into the replica class. You are however allowed to own one. Despite your existing licensing you will not be able to import one from outside of the country due to the fact that it is considered a replica. If you can find a source in country to purchase you will be good to go.
